6.25km — Water cups and a bottle refill station.
8.75km — Water cups only.

We are completely plastic-free on the route, and all water is served in 100% recyclable cups. Please dispose of cups into the large bins just after each aid station. Please only take one cup at a time.

Track a Runner

Once runners have crossed the start line, family and friends can track participants via the official Saucony London 10K App (available on Apple App Store & Google Play Store one week before the event).

Course Marshals

Look out for volunteers in pink hi-vis along the route and at key turning points. They'll help with directions and cheer you on.

First Aid

The medical centre is located shortly after the finish line. Professional medical staff are also on the course, at the bag drop, and at each aid station. If you feel unwell, stop and find your nearest race marshal or aid station.

Results will be posted on the website after the race. If you entered a mobile number at registration, you'll also receive a text with your official finish time.

Safety & Security

We work closely with the Metropolitan Police Service. Over 400 security staff are positioned at all key areas and around the full 10K route.

Timing Chip

Your timing chip is attached to your race number. Do not remove, bend, fold, or cover it. If it's been bent in the post, visit the help desk on Sunday morning for a replacement.

Water Bottle Refill

Refill points are available before the start on St James's Street and at the first aid station at 6.25km. Consider bringing your own running bottle.

Race Day Entertainment

Live entertainment is positioned all along the route. We strongly suggest running without headphones to hear emergency announcements and soak up the atmosphere.

Lost Property

Lost property is located at the Help Desk in Waterloo Place.

Kilometre Markers

Each kilometre is clearly marked on the route.

Pacers

A dream team of pacers will help support and encourage you. Look out for them and their pacer flags in the start pens and on the route.

Safety Measures

Race Number

Your race number letter corresponds to your start time and pen. Fill in the emergency details on the reverse. Running in someone else's bib may prevent us from identifying you correctly in an emergency.

Your bib indicates whether you opted in or out of a finisher's t-shirt — you'll only receive one at the finish if you opted in.

Opted IN for finisher's t-shirt

Opted OUT of finisher's t-shirt

Bib with t-shirt opted out
Baggage Tickets

Two tear-off tags at the bottom of your race number. The bottom tag is your bag label — attach it to your bag before arriving. The top tag is your reclaim tag — keep it on your race number and have it ready after the finish.

Name Box

Write your name on the front of your bib so spectators can cheer you on by name!

Safety Pins

Don't forget to bring your own safety pins. Arrive race ready with your bib visibly secured to the front of your running top.
